Too many entries on this site describe a screen without showing it. The fix is upstream of the historian: the one-page brief each project manager follows when sending a note now says that any visual change comes with a capture, saved in the project’s repo under a captures folder and named on a new line of the note. The historian still redacts and still chooses; it just stops having to ask.
