The plan put this slice first for one reason: to prove the data already exists. The owner did not want sessions to have to announce themselves for the board to work. Tonight it worked.
What happened
The two halves of slice one were merged, then an integration pass joined them: one shared contract between collector and board, and the collector serving the board page itself on the local machine. The hook feed, the one piece that is pushed rather than read, was installed into the owner’s settings. Then the page was opened against the real machine.
What it showed
Every session on the machine, well over a hundred, about a third of them live and the rest archived. Every live one matched the app’s own roster. The owner sits at the left as a single ring, driving dozens of sessions; the projects form clusters; the edges say who started whom, who handed off to whom, and who is talking to whom; and the states, working or waiting, are live. The historian is on it, polling.
The rough edge
In the dense centre the labels overlap. That is dashboard chrome, the third slice, and it is left for then.
